‌E-cigarette product return policy

In order to protect the rights of    consumers and ensure product safety and compliance

our store has formulated the following return policy for electronic cigarettes and related accessories.

Please read it carefully before purchasing and make sure it is correct before consumption.

Scope of application

This policy applies to electronic cigarette devices, cartridges, e-liquids and other accessories purchased in this store (or platform). Returns must meet the following conditions:

1.The product has quality problems not caused by human damage (such as failure to start, oil leakage, missing spare parts, etc.);

2.The product packaging and anti-counterfeiting labels are intact and have not been opened or used;

3.A valid purchase certificate (such as order number, invoice, etc.) is required.

Return process

1.Application time limit: Submit a return application within 7 natural days from the date of receipt of the goods. No application will be accepted after the deadline.

2‌.Submit application‌: Submit a return request through the official customer service channel and provide a description of the product problem and photo/video proof.

3.Review confirmation‌: The staff will verify the situation and feedback the review results within 48 hours.
‌Return goods‌: After the review is passed, please return the product to the designated address (the shipping cost shall be borne by the responsible party).

4‌.Refund/exchange‌: After confirming that the product meets the conditions, a refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 working days.

 

Situations where returns are not possible

1.Products that have been opened, used or damaged by humans (such as disposable consumables such as cartridges and e-liquids);

2.Problems caused by improper operation by consumers (such as incorrect oil filling, reverse battery connection, etc.);

3.No valid purchase receipt or the product serial number does not match the record;

4.Request for return or exchange due to personal preference (such as taste, appearance);

5.Products that have exceeded the return period or are not sold by this store.

Returns will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

Special instructions

1.Health and Safety‌: E-cigarettes are personal hygiene products. After unpacking, they may affect secondary sales. Please understand that no unconditional returns are supported.

2‌.Laws and Regulations‌: This policy strictly abides by local e-cigarette sales regulations. Minors are prohibited from purchasing, and no returns or exchanges are allowed once sold.

3.Batteries and Environmental Protection‌: Products containing lithium batteries must be properly packaged and returned. If safety problems are caused by improper transportation, the sender shall bear the responsibility.

 

After-sales service

1.If the device fails during the warranty period (usually 1 year), you can contact customer service to apply for repair or replacement.

2.E-liquid products may lead to different experiences due to individual physical differences. It is recommended to buy a small amount for trial for the first time.

 

Disclaimer

For returns due to force majeure (such as transportation damage, policy changes, etc.), our store will negotiate to resolve the issue, but will not bear any indirect losses.
